I grew up in a middle class (POOR) family, in Chicago. Raised by my mother and Grandmother. As a kid my father was rarely present, when I turned 12 years old, he stepped into my life and changed my life forever. My father is the reason why I am a real estate developer today. In 2013 I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor's in business. I started my own construction company in 2014, I was able to scale the business in 3 years and I sold it for $1.7 Million to a good friend of mine. In 2018, I did the same thing again. Only, this time I still own 1st Chicagoland Builders. I recently partnered with my brother Rafael Martinez, where he scaled our business Elizar Capital to $7 Million in 2 years.
